📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Analyze financial data using Oracle Hyperion and other relevant tools to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to the FAT Manager and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures to enhance financial integrity.
• Collaborate with the FAT Manager to plan and coordinate audit activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Provide training and support to junior auditors and other team members as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in auditing standards and practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the auditing process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing, preferably in a similar role.
• Professional certification in auditing, such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using Oracle Hyperion and other relevant auditing software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
