Duta Fitri Fashion is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing fashion company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.,Handle employee relations matters, such as addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing HR documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply).,Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
