📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans using ERP systems like SAP.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of production and logistics personnel, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations supervision, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
