Prime Port Pratama is looking for a dedicated and efficient Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and non-cash payments, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.,Monitor and report on cash flow and financial performance to management.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using computer software, including accounting and financial management systems.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Familiarity with basic financial software and tools.Experience with remote work and collaboration tools.
