📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring it aligns with financial goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.,Coordinate with accounting and other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.,Train and mentor junior finance staff on financial reporting and budgeting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and budget management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
