📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets.,Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.,Assist in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Provide product knowledge and training to sales team members.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience in the agricultural or seed industry is a plus.
