📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
