📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Mentor and develop students in Mandarin language proficiency, personal branding, and effective student recruitment.
• Create and deliver engaging training programs to enhance students' Mandarin skills and personal brand.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide personalized guidance and support to students.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for effective student recruitment.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other events to promote student engagement and development.
• Provide feedback and assessment to students to help them improve and achieve their goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language proficiency and personal branding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in language teaching, coaching, or student development.
• Proficient in Mandarin language (HSK Level 5 or higher).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in personal branding and student recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with educational technology and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for fostering student success and community engagement.
