As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will be the legal guardian of our company's commercial activities. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all legal aspects of our business operations are handled efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on all commercial matters, including contracts, negotiations, and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Indonesia and other jurisdictions where we operate.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the commercial sector and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct legal due diligence on potential business partners and transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's legal strategy.
• Train and mentor junior legal staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial law, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international commercial law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Valid Indonesian legal practitioner license.
