In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Manage and train restaurant staff to uphold company standards and best practices.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of managing and motivating a team.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and local language (Mandarin or local dialect).,Experience in a similar role in a high-end or upscale restaurant is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
