📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support as needed,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication,Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production targets,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations,Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner,Prepare and present regular reports to management on department performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures,Familiarity with operational and production processes,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
