You’ll work closely with our team of fitness enthusiasts and industry experts, using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to track and analyze your sales performance.
Daily, you’ll engage with potential clients, demonstrate the benefits of FIT HUB’s programs, and close sales that align with their fitness aspirations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others achieve their health goals.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their fitness needs.
- Develop and present compelling sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of FIT HUB’s programs.
- Close sales and manage client onboarding processes.
- Track and analyze sales performance using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote FIT HUB’s services and attract new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fitness sales.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Certification in fitness sales or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Enthusiasm for health and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
