Sentral Cahya Kebab is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our outlets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the outlet.,Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and office tools.,Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
