📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all food is presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently and accurately, meeting daily production targets.
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Assist with food presentation and plating.
• Participate in kitchen clean-up and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to diners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with kitchen software and tools, such as POS systems and inventory management software.
