📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of store managers and staff, providing training and mentoring as needed.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to minimize waste and ensure product availability.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.,A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
