📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our fulfillment processes, ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize our in-house fulfillment software to track and manage inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our fulfillment processes.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order fulfillment and operations management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing fulfillment processes.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
