📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage and mentor the operations team,Handle budgeting and financial planning for the operations department,Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
