Samora Group is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Procurement Apprenticeship Program. This program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and training in the procurement field, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

As a Procurement Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced procurement team, gaining exposure to various aspects of procurement, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement strategy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Support the procurement team in developing and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation, including requests for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
  • Assist in the coordination of procurement activities, including site visits and supplier audits.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your procurement skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement field.
