📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive employer brand.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
