Oversee the planning, design, and construction of luxury residential and commercial projects.,Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Monitor project progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.,Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in luxury residential and commercial projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technologies.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive on-site.
