Manage and monitor social media accounts for GRID Lestari,Create and schedule engaging content for various platforms,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages,Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the development of our social media calendar,Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative content ideas

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management,Proven track record of creating engaging and shareable content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using social media analytics tools,Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus
