Kids Spoon Food is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Crew Member to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. As a Store Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of our store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our products are displayed and stocked properly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the operation of the store, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
  • Ensure that all products are displayed and stocked according to company guidelines and regulations.
  • Assist with cashier duties, including processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, and comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the store manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fresh graduates or individuals with limited work experience in retail or customer service are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
