📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their tasks effectively.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Monitor warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and productivity.,Manage relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
