As a Layout & Graphic Designer at Capital Dynamics, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of design materials, from brochures and posters to website graphics and social media content. You will work on projects that span across various industries, including hospitality, retail, and residential. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create visually appealing layouts and graphics for various projects, including brochures, posters, website graphics, and social media content
Work closely with architects and designers to bring their vision to life through stunning visuals
Use industry-leading tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch to create layouts and graphics that are both visually appealing and functional
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs are always on the cutting edge
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and provide feedback and revisions as needed
Contribute to the overall brand identity and visual communication of the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Layout & Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience with Sketch or other design tools is a plus
Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
