Head of Transportation Management Unit (Kepala UPT Perhubungan)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement transportation policies and programs to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Oversee the planning, construction, and maintenance of road infrastructure and public transportation systems.
• Coordinate with government agencies, private sector partners, and community stakeholders to ensure effective transportation services.
• Monitor and evaluate transportation performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with national and provincial regulations and standards for transportation operations.
• Represent the Government of Bangka Belitung Province in transportation-related forums and events.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the provincial government on transportation issues.
• Manage and supervise a team of transportation professionals to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using transportation management software, such as TransCAD, GIS, and traffic simulation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
