📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide accurate and efficient translation services between Indonesian and Mandarin, using tools like Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, and professional translation software.
• Assist in interpreting during client meetings, conferences, and other business interactions to ensure clear communication.
• Adapt and localize marketing materials, business documents, and other content to suit the Chinese market, considering cultural nuances and preferences.
• Support business development activities by assisting with client presentations, negotiations, and other language-intensive tasks.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address language and cultural barriers that may arise in client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a strong understanding of both languages and cultures.
• 2-4 years of experience in language assistance, translation, interpreting, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt materials to suit different cultural contexts.
• Proficiency in using translation software and tools, such as Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
